The following cases are set down for hearing afc the civil sittings of the Supremo Court, which commence on Monday next: — Herman Nashelski v. H. Slanky.— Claim, £66 108, breach of agreement. David Goldik and Others (trustees of the Auckland Total Abstinence Society) v. Wm. Thomas.—Claim, for possession of land and £50 mesne profits. Wm. Earl and Others v. Heta te Ha are.—Claim, for specific performance of an agreement to lease.
