VITAL STATISTICS.
[BY TELEGRAPH.—PEESS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, Thursday. The following are the vital statistics for the month of November :—
The deaths of persons not residents of boroughs occurring at hospitals have been excluded in all casos. The total births in the above boroughs amounted to 483, against f>oo in October a decrease of 17. The deaths in November were 102, an increase of throe on the number in October. Of tho total deaths males contributed 78, females 84. 52 of the deaths were of children under five years of a»e, being 32.10 per cent, of the whole number; 37 of these were under one year of age.
