FAILURE OF A WELLINGTON DRAPER.

The liabilities in tho bankrupt estato of William Clark, draper, Lamb ton Quay, are put down at £12,377, and the assets at £10,500, the estimated deficiency being £1800. The principal unsecured creditors are:—Edward Bennett and Co., Christchurch, £641 11s 2d; J. E. Nathan and Co., Wellington, £601254 d; W. McArthur and Co., Auckland, £457 12s sd; Bing, Harris and Co., Duncdin, £457 4s Id ; Edmondson, WarmingtonandCo., Wellington, £419 IPs od; Ross and Glendinning, Dunedin, £391 Is ; Macky, Logan, Steen and Co., Auckland, £373 Ss 6d; Butterworth Brothers, Dunedin, £281 17s Id ; Kaiapot Woollen Company, £146 12s lid; H. Deney and Co., Christchurch, £S3 15s 7d. The secured creditors are :—D. Clarkson and Sons, Christchurch, £1000 ; Turnbull, Smith and Co., Wellington, £181 ; Union Bank, £480 ; and Wellington Trust Loan Company, £500.
