The Duchess of Edinburgh is said to be extremely popular in Malta; liked and admired by all who know her. She is an admirable wife and mother, and is much beloved by her children. Her daughters are growing up into fine girls, bright and intelligent, and full of fun and natural healthy • spirits. The youngest, Princess Beatrice, is said to be very like her mother, and the eldest is pretty, sweet, and gentlelooking, rather small in stature, but graceful and well-formed. The sisters all rida welL and are accomplished tennis players. _•
