TO THE EDITOR. Sir, —I notice in your issue of this date Mr. W. T. Raymond was a victim to some petty thief who took his girths and stirrupirons. I may state that at Messrs. Hunter and Nolan's market on Tuesday last some person took one rein and breastplate-rings off my bridle.
