At St. Paul's to-morrow, the sermons by the incumbent are entitled "Christ's Banquet," and "God's Calls—Man's Excuses." Holy Communion is at S a.m. Spohr's anthem, " How Lovely are Thy Dwellings Fair," is noted for evensong. The subject of the sermon at St. Matthew's Church to-morrow evening is announced as " A Sign Sought and Secured." The service commences at 6.30 p.m. The other services are—a celebration of the Holy Communion at 10 a.m., morning prayer at 11, and a children's sen-ice at 3p.m. At the Epiphany Cliurch to-morrow, the Rev. Mr. Cockerton "will preach in the morning, and Ven. Archdeacon Dudley in the evening. Services will be held as usual at All Saints' (Ponsouby) and St. Thomas's (Union-street). At the Pitt-street Wesleyan Church, tho Rev. C. H. Garland will officiate in the morning, and a student in the evening. At the Grafton Road, Mount Albert, and St. John's Churches, services will be held as usual. The customary service will be conducted at the City Hall to-morrow evening. "The Bible Doctrine of Substitution" is the subject to be treated of by Mr. Aldridge at the Foresters' Hall to-morrow. "An Enemy's Opinion of the people of God," and " An Open Door/' are the titles of the Rev. R. Sommerville's sermons to-morrow at St. Peter's, Surrey Hills. Mr. C. E. Button will speak on " Sacrifices" to-morrow afternoon, at the Young Men's Christian Association. At the Tabernacle to-morrow, the Rev. T. Bray will preach in the morning, and Pastor T. Spurgeon in the evening. Paster Gilmore will discourse on "Faithful Services Highly Rewarded," and " What is Conversion ? at the Ponsonby Baptist Church to-morrow. To-morrow is the anniversary of the Mount Eden Baptist Sunday School, and special sermons will be preached, morning, afternoon, and evening, by Pastor T. Spurgeon, the Rev. C. H. Garland, and the Rev. G. B. Monro. Anniversary services in connection with the Beresford-street Congregational Church will be held to-morrow, when sermons will be delivered by the Revs. A. Carrick, T. Bray, and J. Chew. Special hymns will be sung by the children at each service, and a collection will be made in aid of the school funds. At the Mount Eden Congregational Church to-morrow, the Rev. B. L. Thomas will preach. Tho subject for the evening is, " A Lesson from the Book of Nature." " Enemies of the Cross" and "The Cake Unturned " are the titles of the Rev. C. E. Ward's sermons to-morrow, at the Franklin Road Primitive Methodist Church. At the Alexandra-street Church, in the morning, there will be a church parade of the Newton Rifles. A special evangelistic service will be held in the evening. Pastor A. G. Daniells will preach to-morrow, at the Seventh Day Adventist Church, Surrey Hills, on " Future Probation : or The Larger Hope in the Light of Scripture." Immersion will be administered at the close. At the Newton Congregational Church, the service in the morning will be conducted by the Rev. A. J. Smith, and in the evening by Mr. McDowell. A notification appears to-day that the 21st instant will be Children's Sunday.
