ThOs. Edward Fitzgerald V. Parate, Mate, and others, for possession of land, and £200 mesne profits. John Marshall v. New Zealand Stud and Pedigree Stock Company, £500 damages. Helena Winifred Robson v. David Bloom, for delivery of jewellery, or for £149 15s, value of same.
