Cabul, September 13. IsHAK Khan is reported to have thirty thousand troops at his command. The Ameer has collected an army of fifty thousand men. It is asserted that the heads of the army at Cabul are secretly devoted to Ishak Khan.

The Ameer has captured Kamarcl Fort, the chief stronghold of the rebel Ishak Khan. cc&< The prisoners captured on the o sion included Ishak's father-in-law.
