THE AFGHAN REVOLT.
A RUSSIAN VERSION. [press association.] London, September 6. The Novoe Vremya, published in St. Petersburg, states that the whole of the tribes in the northern portion of Afghanistan are in open revolt, and have recognised as their leader' the rebel Ishak Khan. The statement lacks confirmation, and is believed to be dubious.
