London, August 13. Messrs. Tysek and Co. have joined the Slapping V\ing. The Mutual Shipping Company huw agreed to abstain front increasing their capital, and are ca^ , , vassing ior customers of the ring loading, for any ports in Australia buti Sydney and Melbourne, to which they will despaocii a limited number o£ vessels. The rales of freight are to be increased on the 4th of September, and there i,s a probability of a further , increase. A committee of eight, rep-re-senting the shippers, is being appoint ed to confer with the ShipiW^g , King, with a view to regulating the rates of freight.
