Berlin, August 9. The Nord Deutsche Zeitung says thafi France is responsible for the quarrel with Italy in Massowah, and that the protests advanced by the former are far-fetched.
The same journal remarks that France* attaches little value to the desirable* ness of preserving the peace of Europe.
The National Zeitung, in the course of an article, says that the result of recent meeting of the Emperors aft Cronsdadt has been to establish mutual confidence between Russia and Germany, and ensure the peace of Europe, for years.
The Russo-German Press exhort the" Czar to devote his attention to the control of Asia while Germany maintains the equilibrium of Europe, as they assert that England is no longer »< leading Power.
