Joxathax Roberts' prison shirt was found yesterday by a man working for Mr. Gardiner, of Purau, close to whero his trousers and vest were found last week. The Lyttelton Harbour Board to-day decided to oiler to lease their dredging plant to the Wellington Harbour Board for £1500 for six months. Wellington, Wednesday. In the Divorce Court to-day, in the case of Fry v. Fry, the, husband's petition for divorce, Mr. Justice Richmond refused a rule nisi, as he considered there was priina facie evidence of connivance.
