Public Notices. A UCKLAND PUBLIC BUILDINGS -c3l LOAN. Notice is hereby given that the tenth drawing of Debentures (five) to be paid off, out of the Sinking Fund, as provided by the Act, on the first day of July, now next ensuing, will take place in the presence of such holders of Debentures as may choose to attend in the office of Mr. John Moginie, Queen-street, oil MONDAY, the 4th day of Jane, 1888, at two o'clock in the afternoon. Under and in pursuance of "The Education Act, 1877," the Education Board of the District of Auckland directs it to be publicly notittod that the Board has, in pursuance of a resolution passed by the Board on the 4th day of May, 1888, fixed the boundaries of the Whakatane School District as tho same are set forth in the Schedule hereto, as and for the boundaries of tho said District, for the purposes of "The Education Act, 1877."
