A RUSSIAN OPINION.

St. Petersburg, May 28. The Moscow Gazette expresses the opinion that the statements of the Duke of Cambridge and Lord Wolseley prove England's weakness, and that as she stands on the brink of ruin, she must be content to remain peaceful.
