The monthly meeting of the Pukekohe Banc! of Hope was held in the Protestant Hall, Pukekohe, on April '24. The president, the Rev. J. Law, occupied the chair. The I}™' gramme was as follows —Mrs. and Miss Sharp, duct; solos by Messrs. Fisher (which received a well merited encore), and Mersrs. Mee, Stott, Wright, and Hooper: recitations were rendered by Masters L. Allen ana H. Law, Messrs. Pry, Morrow, H. Morrow, and W. Johns. The following took part in dialogues —Misses Hunter, A. Usher, and M. H. Graham, Rev. J. Law, and Messrs. Mee, Morrow, Usher, Bayly, Wright, Johns, Hooper, and Master \V. J>aw. Some favourable selections from the choir brought to a close one of the best programmes ever submitted to the public by our local Baud of Hope.— Correspondent.]
