In the following table the proportion of alcohol in each is given in . per cent, under proof No. 1 light grape wines, alcohol percent. 12-00; percent. U.D., 1 , * "gut grape wines, alcohol per cent., 11-00; per cent. U.D., 792. No. 3 dark grape wines, alcohol per cent., 10'01 ; per cent.
