MINISTERIAL MOVEMENTS.
[BY TELEGRAM.—OWN CORRESPONDENT.] Wellington, Saturday. The Premier will proceed to Dunedin next week. He will be accompanied by the Hon. Mr. Fergus, Minister of Defence and Justice. Sir H. Atkinson has already consented to address the !>eople of Dunedin during his sojourn there. Ho will probably spend a portion of the Easter holidays in the South. I learn that in the South, as well as in other parts of the colony, great interest will be attached to tho Premiers utterances upon public affairs generally. Scarcely a word has been said " officially since the recess as to the future policy of the Government. There seems to be some probability that the Hon. Mr. Fisher, Minister of Education will visit Auckland next week. Whether he will address the electors of that city upon public matters generally, or upon those specially belonging to his department I cannot say, but it is likely that ho would wait to be asked by some requisition of representative persons in Auckland.
