Mr. Haynes denounced the Protectionists and Roman Catholics in the course of a speech in the House last night, and Mr. Fletcher walked over and seized him by the throat and threw him on a seat, and was only dragged off'with difficulty, amidst much excitement, by the sergeant-at-arms. After apologising freely, he was suspended for the rest of the sitting.
