THE PEACE OF EUROPE.
Ok the 21st September, in a great speech, M. Tisza, Prime Minister of Hungary, stated that all the European Powers desire peace, and he believed that the peaceful situation will not be disturbed so quickly as had been apprehended. Still, economy in army expenditure was impossible considering the increase in the appropriations of.,other Powers. The Paris Temps of the 22nd says : Count Kalnoky has obtained from Prince Bismarck an assurance that Germany will prevent any military action by Russia in Bulgaria. _-
