The Union Co.'s b.s. Wanaka, 277 tons, Captain Grant, arrived on Thursday morning. Shci left Lytcelton at 9 p.m. on the 26th, and Arrived at Wellington at 3 p.m. on the 27th; nailed for Taranaki at '6 p.m., aud arrived at 11.30 a.m. on tho 28th ; left for Manukau at 4 45 p.m., 'crossed the bar tt .5.45 a.m. on the s!9th, arriving as above. Experienced fresh N. W. winds, with haavy seas, throughout. . She left for the South again at 5 o'olook yesterday livening, with cargo and passengers.
