The natives of Onoupe, one of thfl Caroline Islands, irritated at the arrest! of a Protestant missionary, have reta«* liated by killing the Governor and several of the Spanish garrison. Spanish men-of-war have been despatched to the island, and intend to inflexibly r& press the natives. ,
