THE SURVIVORS OF THE DERR jc CASTLE.
MKLBOURNE,,September 24. A FUND is being raised here tor the survivors of the ship Derry Castle, and to recoup the captain and crew of the schooner Awaroa, which rescued them from the Auckland Islands, for the loss of time. . WRECK OF A BARQUE. Brisbane, September 25. The barque Westeria, with a valuable cargo, has been stranded on the Queensland coast, and is expected to go to pieces. THE ROTOMAHANA. Sydney, September 25. Arrived: S.s. Rotomahana, from Auckland. THE lONIC. Hobart, September 24. The Shaw Savill's steamship lonic arrived last evening from Plymouth, and sailed at midnight for New Zealand.
