The Company spare no expense to secure the beat leaf, and possess three very large plantations San Antonio, San Rafael, and Santa Isabel, comprising about (3000 acres, the produce of which is nut sufficient to provide tor their output, but in a short time these will be considerably enlarged. In the meantime the Company have to purchase, besides, three-fourths of the whole tobacco produced in the Philippine*. They warrant that only the best Cagayen and Isabel* tobacco is used in their manufactures.
