BANKRUPTCY
William West.—An adjourned meeting in this estate wa3 held yesterday, when the bankrupt was examined at great length by several of the creditors, who seemed to be very dissatisfied with his answers. They complained that he had spoken of his farm, and thus induced them to give him credit. he debtor denied that he had sent goods into town very recently, or that he had anything to conceal. After further discussion it was resolved, on the motion of Mr. Carr, seconded by Mr. Campbell, "That the debtor furnish a full statement of his dealings' since February 23 to an adjourned meeting at eleven a.m. on June 23, and in the meantime that he send in his stock to the order of the Official Assignee. A meeting in the estate of John Mason lapsed for want of a quorum,
