All mails for usual afternoon's despatch on that day will be closed at 11 a.m. Tuesday, the Slst instant, will bo observed as a close Post Offlco holiday, in honor of Her Majesty th« Queen's Jubilee. Mails for despatch on that day will ha closed at eleven a.m. on Monday, 20th instant. Wednesday, 22nd instant, will be a half-holiday the oflice closing at noou.
