The butter department of the Freezing Company notify by advertisement that in future all half-pound pats of butter aunt from their establishment >will bear the words Freezing Company" on the margin surrounding the " shell " brand. Their advertisement says that this alteration has been made in consequence of inferior batter having been put up in imitation of and sold as their brand. To avoid imposition of this kind, and to obtain the "shell
brand of butter, for which the company holds itself responsible, it will be necessary for purchasers to see that thoy get none that i* not branded " Freezing Company," in addition to the scallop " shell" trade mark on.
