Ireoter's telegram.] London, April 14. The debate on the motion for the second reading of the Irish Crimes Bill has been resumed in the House of Commons. Sir George Trevelyan has addressed a letter to the papers in which he expresses strong disapproval of certain clauses in the Irish Crimes Bill.
