Thb following is the calendar, bo far as it is at present completed, of the criminal sittings of the Supreme Court, to commence at ten o'clock on Monday, the 21at instant :— Catherine Jones, malioiously wounding ; Martin Schollin, forgery, stealing from a dwelling, and forgery (3 charges); James Richardson .Mtt, uttering counterfeit coin ; Jessie Cockhead, horse stealing ; Frederick K.Ui«and William Small, assault and robbery ; William Anderson, larceny from a dwelling; Thomas King, Peter Hardy, and Charles Robinson, assault and robbery ; William Conrad, peijury; Archibald McNair, larceny ; Robert Carr, larceny ; William MeCreanor, larceny; Gordon Forbes, aaeault and robbery.
