[Bi TELEGRAPH, —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, Tuesday. The Customs duty for February amounted to £101,666 4s 8d) as against £117,039 2a 7d for the corresponding month last year. The amounts at the four principal ports were as follows: — Auckland £30,713 Dunedin ... ... ... 24,390 Christchurch ... ... 13,158 Wellington ... ... 15,685 During the eleven months of the financial year, £1,173 567 has been collected. This shows a deficiouoy of £1 15,932 on the Treasurer's estimate for the period. The boer duty for the month was £4753 against £4754 in February last year, 'the estimate for eleven months is £50,41G, but only £48,168 has been collected.
