An additional one penny per ton on the hewing rates, and an additional one penny per yard on the yardage, will be paid 10 miners for evrry four pence per ton advance in price above lis lOd; and one pennv per ton and one penny per yard reduction shall be made in every four pence the average price Is reduced below lis lOd per ton.
