This mall will be dt» in London February 7. Note.—Saturday, 251h instant, being a postal holiday, the mails that are usually made up on that day will be closed the previous evening at 7 o'clock. A delivery of letters, etc., will take place from delivery counter between 7 and Bpm., 24th instant. Sunday hours will be observed at private boxes on 25th instant.
