BANKRUPTCY.
John Kelly .—The debtor, a. bankrupt, described as a carter, residing at Kingsland, bad been adjudicated a bankrupt on his own petition. The first meeting of creditors was to have been held yesterday, but it lapsed for want of a quorum.
