MELBOURNE WOOL SALES. Melbourne, November 18. The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency held their usual weekly sale this afternoon, submitting a catalogue of 5000 bales. The attendance was large and the bidding spirited. The rates were slightly easier for medium inferior wool. A parcel of greasy lamb's realised 12£ d (?), combing of the same clip fetching 12d. Washed fleece sold up to 15£ d, and scoured to 19£ d.

NEW SOUTH WALES POLITICS. Sydney, November 18. Petitions are being signed throughout the country, praying for the dissolution of Parliament.
