THE NEW HEBRIDES QUESTION.
[reuter's telegram.] London, November 4. Sir Graham Berry, who has been informed that the withdrawal of the French troops from the New Hebrides is improbable, has pressed Mr. Stanhope to again urge the French Government to withdraw from the New Hebrides.
