MONEY ORDERS. The money order business for the Septem« ber quarter shows the following results : — Auckland issued £14,935 lis 9d, and paid £26,941 8s lOd : Chriatchurch issued £15,073 16a Id, and paid £14,769 4s 2d ; Dunedin issued £17,111 18s, and paid £20,509 10s 8d; Wellington issued £21,353 9s 2d, and paid £18.035 8s 6d : total for the colony issued, £135,908 2s, and paid, £120,799 63 lOd; for the corresponding quarter in ISSS, issued, £144,630 8a 7d, and paid £124,828 8s Bd.
