John Mannox, lor » third . offence, was fined £5 and costs. , • Alleged In suiting Lanooagb.—'Alfred Loftus was charged with using insulting language towards bis wife, Catherine Loftus, on November 3. The prosecutrix gave endenoe in regard to the occurrence, but in the cross-examination provoked a very large amount of mirth in the Court. Ellen Hutchinson was called, bat she knew nothing about the affair. The Bench dismissed the case, considering it very sub* picious against the aooused.
