In pursuance of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1876, Regulations of Local Election* Act, and amend' ments thereto, I, Henrv Biding*, Returning Officer, hereby give notice that an Election will be held on WEDNESDAY, 21th November, for the Election of a duly qualified person M Mayor of the said City. Candidates will require to be nominated on or before Noon of THURSDAY, 11th inatant, and to deposit the mm of Ten Pounds. Any person nominating a candidate must deliver at the Council Chambers, before noon of the day above stated, a Nomination Paper, signed by the parson named therein as candidate and two persons duly qualified to vote at each election.
