Kosalinb Smith.—An adjourned meeting of oreditors in the estate of Rosaline Smith was held yesterday, for the purpose of taking some further evidenoe witn regard to the assets. Petition.—Edward Prior Donnelly, Eait Tamaki, stone merchant, filed his petition yesterday. _
