The sale of racing privileges for the A. R.C. Spring Meeting and for the AgriouU tur&l and Pastoral Association's Show on the Bth and 9th of November was held yesterday at Messrs. Tonka and Co.'s mart, Queenstreet. The first lots offered were for the Spring meeting to bo held next Saturday. The lean-to bar at the back of the grandstand was bought by L. Adams for £18, the grandstand bar by the same purchaser for £7, and the No. 1 booth by the same purchaser for £12. The Good Templar booth and fruit stalls were purchased for £4 10-* by Mr. Schislor, and the raceoards by Mr. W. Adams at 255. The stabling was knocked down to Mr. O'Brien for'2ss. The privileges for the cattle show were then offered. .The sole right to sell liquors was bought for £57 by Mr, L. Adams. The luncheon pavilion and room upstairs were offered, but the highest bid being only £10 they were passed in. The Good Templar booth and fruit stalls were sold to Mrs. Hunt for £10. When the brain is wearied, the nervos unstrung, the muscles Weak; uM Hop Hitters as made by American Co. Head.
