[by telegraph'.—PRESS association.] Wellington, Sunday. Wjberd's Dramatic Company, which arrived by the Wakatipu, and have announced for their opening "For the Term of His Natural Life," have received notice from the solicitors of Messrs. MacMabon and Leitch, warning them against playing the piece, The manager of the Theatre Royal has been served with similar notice.
