BANKRUPTCY.

Adjudication. John Eaton, provision dealer, Auokland, has filed his declaration of insolvency, and the first meeting of creditors in the estate is fixed for the 26th of August, at eleven o'clock. The adjourned meeting of creditors in the estate of James and Annie Johnstone, hotelkeepers, Tuakau, which was to have been held yesterday, lapsed for want of a quorum.
