THE NEW HEBRIDES.
REFUSAL OF FRANCE TO CEDE RAPA. [reuter's telegram.] London, June 3. Mr. Graham Berry, the AgentGeneral of Victoria, bad an interview to-day with Lord Rosebery, the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, touching the New Hebrides question. Lord Rosebery informed him that the French Government has absolutely declined to cede the Island of Rapa to Great Britain.
