Cambria.—The tunnel at No. 4 level to the rise to the deviation winze, and the connection of the latter winz* with the intermediate drive west to the Cross reef, are completed. The manager will be able now to carry on intermediate operations on the Darwin reef and cros»-r»ef simultaneously, and when the tunnel at No. 4 level is extended and intersects the Darwin reef a new source of supply of quartz will be at once crcated.
