♦ [BY TELEGRAPH. —PHEBS ASSOCIATION,] Dunedin, Tuesday. Mr. W. D. Stuart addressed his constituents at North Dunedin, to-night. He expressed himself opposed to the East and West Coast railway, and against further scrambling for borrowed money. And in favour of immigration and protection of native industries. He received a vote of thanks and contideuce.

Mr. Barron addressed his constituents at Caversham, and also received a vote of thanks and confidence. He expressed his belief that the present coalition was injurious to the country.
