COLONIAL EXHIBITS AT THE ANTWERP EXHIBITION. London, August 25.
The Central Queensland Meat Export Company have been awarded a gold medal, and the Gear Meat Preserving Company of Wellington a silver, medal for their exhibits of preserved meats at the Antwerp Exhibition.
MR. PARNELL AND NATIONAL INDEPENDENCE London, August 25. Mr. Parnell, in addressing a National meeting, said that the question of National independence was the only plank in their future programme.
