Stream, and Creek, and its several branches or tributaries, for the purposes of the said Act, and that It is his intention to continue in use a dam on a stream flowing through the parishes of Waiwcra and Makarau, called the Haiara stream, the position of which said dam is defined upon a tracing deposited at the office of the Cronn Land* Commissioner at Auckland, showing the said River.
