Take notice that it is the intention of The Auckland Timber Company, Limited, to apply to the Commissioner of Crown Lands for the Auckland Land District, for a License under The Timber Floating Act, 18S4, to use the abovenamed rivers, streams and creeks, and their several branches or tributaries, for the purposes of the said Act: and, that it is their intention to use all dams that are at present erected upon or near any of the beforementioned streams, rivers or creeks, their branches or tributaries, and to ■construct others thereon; the positions of the dams already constmcted, and of those the said company will claim the right to construct being defined by being marked with red ink [] and X on the plan showing the said streams, rivers and creeks, deposited at the Office of the Crown Lands Commissioner; at Auckland Dated this twenty-fourth day of June, 1885.
