To the Owners, Lessees, Occupiers, and to all other persons claiming an intorent in the lands on the banks or along the course of the Oruaiti River, from it* source to the Mangonui Harbour, and all tributary strearas, rivers and creeks flowing into the Ornaiti Rive? aforesaid; the f'toay River and all tributary streams, rivers and creeks from its source to its junction with the Ornaiti River aforesaid: the Manga-, whero,stream anil its tributary streams; the Te Renga, the NgatutUru, and the Takaklwi, and all streams flowing into these tributaries : the Wainui River, the K&ho V/ainui Rlvot, and theTeKowal Biver and the tributary streams flowing into these rivers j'tbo Popuke River, from its source to the Wbangaroa Harbour, and all tributary streams, rivers and creeks flowing into the said Pupuke River ; the Kaeo River, from its source to the Wliangaroa Harbour aforesaid, and all the tributary streams, rivers and creeks flowing into the said river ; the Waihuka stream and the streams flowing into the same ; the Inumia stream ,or creek, and the streams or creeks flowing into the same; the Waiari River, the streams or creeks flowing into the same; the Rimu Creek, the Upukerau Creek, and the stream* and tributaries thereof respectively ; and the Takou River, from its source to its mouth, and all tributary streams, rivers and creeks flowing therein; all. the above mentioned streams, rivers and creeks being situated in the Districts of Wbangaroa and Mongonu', in the Provincial District of Auckland. Take notice that it is the intention of The Auckland Timber Company, Limited, to apply to the Commissioner of Crown Lands for the Auckland Land District, for a License under The Timber Floating Act, 18S4, to use the abovenamed rivers, streams and creeks, and their several branches or tributaries, for the purposes of the said Act: and, that it is their intention to use all dams that are at present erected upon or near any of the beforementioned streams, rivers or creeks, their branches or tributaries, and to ■construct others thereon; the positions of the dams already constmcted, and of those the said company will claim the right to construct being defined by being marked with red ink [] and X on the plan showing the said streams, rivers and creeks, deposited at the Office of the Crown Lands Commissioner; at Auckland Dated this twenty-fourth day of June, 1885.
