[BY telegraph.PßESS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, Tuesday. At a meeting of the members of the Government Insurance Association Board held this afternoon, it was unanimously resolved ■ that the opinion of the policy holders be obtained as to the desirability of establishing. local Boards, at a meeting of policy holders to be held on the 27th instant. Policy holders will be allowed the privilege of voting by proxy, and arrangements are being made to supply them with the necessary papers. '
