The ohuroh is built so that at any future time it may be enlarged by taking out the wall at the western end. A number of largo, well-lighted class-rooms form p»rt of the building. The church, although equal to present requirements, has been placed in such a position as to give room for a larger and more commodious building on the same section of land. The congregation are not unmindful of the future. The building cost £1400. There is a sum of £150 or £200 still to dear off, but the church is practically opened free of debt. The funds were chiefly obtained through the sale of the old Congregational chapel in High-street, a portion of the proceeds of which sale was devoted to the Ocebunga ohuroh and a porlion to this church. A soiree and recognition service will take place to-morrow evening.
