[rectbr's telegram.] MELBOURNE MARKETS. Melbourne, April 14. The manager of the National Mortgage Agency Company of New Zealand reports on the local grain market as follows: Shipping wheat slightly improved, at 3s lOd to 3s lid; malting barley dull, at 4s to 4s 6d ; New Zealand feed oats, moderate enquiry, at 2s 8d to 3s ; ditto, milling, 3s to 3s 2d. There is a fair demand for New Zealand oats, under bond, at 2s 2d to 2s 6d. Bye grass is 3s 6d to 4s 4d, with fair demand. The Zealandia's regular crew having been withdrawn, the company put on a gang of labourers to discharge the ship, but they, also, have been induced to leave work.
